The Indianapolis Colts, Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots, New York Giants, and almost no one else can answer the first question in the affirmative.
Everyone else, including my Tampa Bay Bucs, needs to find a top-flight signal caller.
The Bucs recently attempted to address their quarterback shortcomings by signing Byron Leftwich, late of the Steelers.
Leftwich, 29, has shown flashes of greatness during his six years, generating some highly visible wins over quality opponents.
However, he's also been injured a lot. Shin, ankle, and other problems have kept him ever from playing all 16 games.
