... >Donte Stallworth hit and killed a pedestrian in Miami this morning with his car. Stallworth hit the man while driving his Bentley on the way to the beach around 7:20 a.m.

No charges have been filed by the Miami police department, but it could be a few days before any materialize. Stallworth was detained for questioning and blood was drawn to determine whether or not he was under the influence while operating his vehicle.

It is way too early to speculate anything on Stallworth, but this is a much sadder day for the family and friends of the man killed this morning.
