After really thinking about it, I am starting to believe that Favre signing to the Vikings actually may help the Bears win the division.
Favre claims Minnesota is a perfect fit because of "common terminology" used in the offense.
I do believe that the phrase "don't force the ball into triple coverage" is the same in Minnesota as it was in New York.
Let's look at who would be the Vikings QB if Favre stays retired.
A couple options are:
Tarvaris Jackson
T. Jack can run. To me, he would be more difficult to plan for defensively because of that added dimension.
