This excellent news should be ringing throughout the Giants offices, and they should react quickly before it's too late.
Earlier in the offseason, Giants general manager Jerry Reese declined the Cardinals trade offers for Boldin because Arizona wanted a first round pick. As we all know, Reese is a pure genius when it comes to the NFL Draft and would not want to give up a valuable first round pick.
Now with Arizona lowering to a second round pick, Reese should jump all over this offer.
Boldin is a dynamic wide receiver and could be that number one receiver the Giants have been looking for since the departure of Plaxico Burress. Boldin would make quarterback Eli Manning a much better player because of his versatility and his ability to stretch the field.
