Rod Marinelli fired, so in comes Jim Schwartz who in turn brings in Scott Linehan and Gunther Cunningham to be his coordinators. From then on they made changes to personnel, something that was desperately needed. It was an off-season filled with trades, free agency, and of course a draft in which they had the first overall pick. I believe the Lions have had one of the best off-season's of any team but their are still some glaring needs. Here is how I feel they can fix them. ...
