I have written in the past that Eli Manning and Brandon Jacobs are all the Giants need to win football games, but having a good Wide Receiver to back up your quarterback is always a good thing to have.
I do not take much stock in the Pre-Season games, but watching the Giants get killed by the Bears this week was hard to watch.
It was looking like Eli Manning did not have who to throw to, maybe the receivers were having a hard time getting open against the Bears defense.
It looked like Eli Manning was missing a guy like 6-5 guy like Plaxico Burress. And that is why they should go after another guy who is 6-5 in Brandon Marshall.
